We want you to love your purchase. Here's everything you need to know.
30-Day Return Window
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition — pages blank, no writing, no damage
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that have been written in, personalized, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@foreverstory.shop with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item
We'll respond within 48 business hours with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement immediately — no return required.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift, refunds are issued to the original purchaser. We do not offer store credit at this time.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during final sale or promotional events
- Items that have been written in or used
- Digital products
Forever Story reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
