Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Forever Story is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. Forever Story is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
